The weight and size of orders may affect eligibility for free delivery. No delivery option change will be authorized after order confirmation. This does not apply to returns.

Kidicare reserves the right to add additional shipping fees, pallets, special circumstances or specific customer requests.

Kidicare does not assume any obligation to refund completed purchases.

FIXED RATES ON STANDARD DELIVERY

1. We ship to any address in Canada. However, please note that certain remote regions may be subject to additional fees. (List of the region below)

2. For furniture and mattress purchases, additional shipping fees are calculated based on the item and its destination.

3. For special order or on measure purchases, additional shipping fees are calculated based on the item and its destination.

ASSEMBLED FURNITURE DELIVERY

Kidicare offers you the possibility to receive your assembled furniture in an area of 50 km or less from its head office.

Please note that an applicable fee to the order per piece of furniture will be added to the order. The assembly fee must be paid before the order is sent
It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture at the time of delivery and, if need be, inform the delivery person of any problems. 

Certain regions of the country are excluded from our free shipping policy. The areas that do not qualify for free shipping include the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick:
