Space per child
Minimum 2.79 m² (30 sq ft) of unobstructed indoor play space per child, plus outdoor requirements [VERIFY]. This caps how many children a room can hold regardless of ratio.
What ratios mean for your build
Group-size caps determine how many of each furniture piece you need per room — plan your room setup around them. Ratios also feed your licensing staffing plan.
