Kidicare will gladly refund items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state and original box: unwashed, unused, unaltered, or damage and with the receipt of your order.
Shipped merchandise may be returned and refund with original receipt within 7 days after receiving the package. When the items are received at Kidicare, they will be evaluated before the refund is authorized and made. Proof of the condition of the merchandise may be requested in the form of photos by email before obtaining confirmation of your refund. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment (except for cash payment). Cash will not be issued. Returned merchandise can also be refund in the form of a store credit.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned to Kidicare within 30 days of purchase, with authorization form customer service. Returns must be accompanied by the original order number and invoiced. All returns or exchange must be made in person or shipped to Kidicare Head office. A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to returned orders.
If an item is defective, incorrect or missing, it will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. If Kidicare did not deliver the goods as ordered, it will send the right products and assume the transport cost and risks.
If you returning an item(s) for any reason other than product defects. The goods may not be returned or exchanged if they have been altered or damaged.
If you are returning your goods by mail, please pack your return item(s) carefully and securely and use an insured carrier. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. To facilitate the exchange process, we invite you to contact a customer service agent at 450-663-5434.
FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE
No refunds, credits or exchanges on the following items:
1. Any sale item included in an additional percentage off promotion.
2. Any custom or custom-made item, by special order.
3. Any outdoor modules or outdoor toys.
4. All flooring including: synthetic turf/grass, vinyl and rubber.
